Must bring prior experience in fashion or a related creative industry.

THE ROLE
We're seeking an experienced EA to work hand-in-hand with a visionary brand Founder & Creative Director; someone who thrives on bringing order to chaos, keeping projects moving, and being the calm in the creative storm.
We are seeking an Executive Assistant with exceptional organisation and sound judgement plus a strong communication skillset and proactive thinking. You will be trusted to manage time, priorities and communication flow, collaborative with the design and wider business team and allow the Creative Director to focus on strategic, creative and commercial outcomes.
We are seeking someone who is:
A confident communicator who can represent the Creative Director professionally in language, tone, and written responses.
Able to sit in meetings, take clear notes, and action follow-ups effectively.
Manage inbox efficiently – including sorting, filing, archiving, and identifying what to delete, respond to, or flag.
Confident managing Creative Director's diary and calendar with minimal interruptions; able to prioritise and protect time effectively.
Assertive when needed but always professional and respectful.
Able to Collaborate with the Design, Production and wider business team to align on priorities, deadlines and critical path.
Can proactively creates space for strategic work – anticipating needs and supporting planning.
Can organise skills across travel coordination, calendar management, and communication flow.
High attention to detail and strong sense of initiative – anticipates needs before being asked
Able to act as a thought partner on planning, scheduling, innovative ideas and delivery of key milestones.
