Ecommerce or digital marketing experience (fashion/beauty/lifestyle)
Strong in SEO, UX, and analytics (GA4, Shopify, Hotjar)
Commercial mindset; target- and trend-focused
Self-starter who thrives in collaborative teams
Familiar with CRO and performance metrics
Bonus: Basic CSS and digital marketplace experience

The Role
We're looking for a data-driven, creatively minded Ecommerce & Digital Growth Specialist with solid skills in SEO, UX, and analytics. You'll optimise our ecommerce platform, uncover growth opportunities, and drive performance through insight-led strategy. A passion for fashion or beauty, a collaborative spirit, and a results-oriented mindset are essential.
Key responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the ecommerce platform, ensuring an intuitive, high-converting user experience.
Drive organic growth through SEO best practices (on-page, technical, content-driven).
Analytics & Forecasting, using tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, Looker Studio, or equivalent to extract actionable insights.
Explore and evaluate digital marketplace opportunities to expand reach and revenue streams.
Cross-Functional Collaboration working closely with the marketing, creative and customer service teams
