In this role you will:

  • Drive in-store efficiency, building and maintaining a high-performing team

  • Increase the overall performance of the retail space

  • Lead people performance & team development including recruitment and the delivery of individual contribution the the locations success

  • Manage inventory excellence and all stock management activities with the support of your team

  • Uphold luxury standards in the store visual merchandising and presentation

  • Manage eventing within the location, taking an entrepreneurial approach to collaborating with likeminded businesses to deliver exceptional sales outcomes from all events proposed and hosted

  • Manage VIP client relationships with media, celebrities and your most valued regular clientele

  • Provide exceptional service to all client experience types

  • Be commercially driven in your approach to leadership, KPI-drivers and business management of the site
