• Bring 3+ years of experience in e-commerce at a Senior Ecommerce Coordinator or Ecommerce Manager level
• Have a proven track record of driving online performance and growth.
• Experience managing e-commerce websites, particularly Shopify.
• Deep understanding of e-commerce and email platforms such as Shopify Plus, Yotpo and Klaviyo (or similar).
• Experience owning and optimising lifecycle marketing strategies and loyalty initiatives to drive re- peat purchase and customer lifetime value.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, derive insights and translate findings into commercial outcomes.
• Experience working with and managing external digital agencies to deliver performance outcomes.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
• Highly organised with excellent communication skills.

THE ROLE
The Ecommerce Manager will be responsible for driving website and email performance by increasing conversion, engagement and traffic, working closely with the broader marketing team to ensure website content, user experience and email campaigns align with overall marketing objectives and email strategy.
It is an exciting role where you will be managing e-commerce stores, owning product data, executing merchandising and promotions, developing and optimising lifecycle email marketing, and monitoring and reporting on performance to identify optimisation opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
• Management of Shopify e-commerce stores
• Ensure a seamless onsite customer journey and user experience by optimising website content and maintaining alignment with brand guidelines.
• Drive conversion, engagement, and revenue through effective product, category, and collection merchandising, on-site search optimisation, intuitive navigation, and strategic upsell opportunities.
• Create, test, and execute promotions, product launches, and website updates accurately and on time to drive conversion and enhance the customer experience.
• Own and maintain all product data across the websites, ensuring products are accurate, correctly categorised, and launched in line with marketing plans and strategy.
• Work cross-functionally to identify low-performing products and implement merchandising opportunities and imagery updates to improve sales performance.
• Conduct weekly website audits, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure content accuracy and resolve any issues impacting the customer experience.
• Track, monitor, analyse, and report on website and campaign performance across weekly, monthly, and annual periods against KPIs, identifying opportunities for future optimisation and campaigns.
• Management of the external SEO agency to deliver keyword research, SEO insights, and the implementation of SEO strategies across the website.
• Ensure email plans and activities are developed and executed in alignment with overall marketing plans and objectives.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute email copy, briefs, and collateral to ensure timely, complete delivery in line with brand guidelines.
• Oversee the testing, build, and deployment of emails, ensuring accurate setup and timely launch of all campaigns in line with scheduled go-live dates.
• Continuously develop, implement, and optimise lifecycle email marketing to acquire new customers, nurture and retain the existing email database, and support engagement with the loyalty program.
• Track, monitor, analyse, and report on email campaign performance across weekly, monthly, and annual periods against KPIs, identifying opportunities for future optimisation and campaigns.
• Stay up to date with e-commerce and email technologies, as well as competitor activity, industry trends, and marketing campaigns.
