Bring previous experience as an Assistant Manager, Supervisor or in a similar retail leadership role
Have a strong background in fashion retail, sales and customer service
Are commercially minded and motivated by achieving results

THE ROLE
We are excited to be partnering with a beautiful Australian fashion brand in the search for an experienced Boutique Assistant Manager to join their new Fortitude Valley location.
Known for luxe silhouettes and timeless design, the brand has built a strong and loyal customer following and continues to grow its retail presence across Australia.
Working closely with the Boutique Manager, you'll play an integral role in the success of this new location - supporting the wider team, driving strong commercial performance and creating an exceptional in-store experience for every customer.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Boutique Manager across the day-to-day leadership and operations of the boutique
Lead from the floor, driving sales and achieving individual and store KPIs
Support the training, coaching and development of the wider boutique team
Deliver an elevated and personalised customer experience
Build strong relationships with new and returning clients
Represent the brand and its values to the highest standard
Support new stock deliveries, inventory and general boutique operations
Step confidently into the Boutique Manager's responsibilities when required
