Extensive retail leadership experience, ideally within a large-scale concept with 60+ team members and 2+ years in a senior management capacity.
A strong commercial mindset, with experience managing budgets, wage costs and store performance.
The confidence to make commercially sound decisions and turn broader strategy into action.
A strong operational foundation, with back-of-house experience highly regarded.
A genuine passion for people and customer experience, with an instinctive ability to understand what both customers and teams need.
The ability to think beyond the day-to-day and influence meaningful change across a large and complex environment.
Strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to collaborate across multiple areas of the business.

THE ROLE
We’re looking for an experienced Flagship Assistant Manager to join a high-volume Sydney flagship and play a key role in shaping the customer experience, team culture and commercial performance of the store. This is a role for a confident retail leader who loves the energy of a flagship environment, knows how to lead at scale and brings equal parts commercial instinct, operational excellence and genuine care for people.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with the Flagship Manager to analyse customer experience data, identify opportunities and turn insights into meaningful action through coaching and continuous improvement.
Champion an exceptional customer experience across the store, leading by example and empowering your team to deliver consistently elevated service.
Help shape a high-performing team by developing and coaching Trading and Assistant Trading Managers, while creating a positive and inclusive culture.
Drive commercial performance by identifying opportunities across key performance indicators and translating strategy into tangible store initiatives.
Work alongside the Flagship Operations Manager to deliver operational excellence across stock, visual merchandising, loss prevention, safety and store standards.
Use your leadership influence to create an environment where teams feel supported, motivated and empowered to perform at their best.
Be a visible and inspiring leader on the shop floor, balancing the pace and energy of a flagship with a considered approach to people and performance.
