4+ years’ experience in wholesale operations, logistics, customer service or supply chain within fashion, luxury or a related consumer business.
Experience managing international wholesale accounts and major retailers.
Strong understanding of the fashion wholesale order-to-delivery process.
Experience working with ERP/order management systems, Shopify and retailer/vendor portals.
Knowledge of international freight, customs documentation and shipping requirements.
Strong Excel and reporting skills.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
The ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities without losing visibility of detail.
A proactive approach — you identify problems early and come with solutions.
Strong commercial judgement and an understanding that operational execution directly impacts revenue and customer relationships.
Experience working with major international department stores, e-commerce retailers and luxury/contemporary fashion accounts will be highly regarded.

THE ROLE
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Wholesale Operations & Logistics Coordinator to manage the end-to-end operational execution of the domestic and international wholesale business.
You will own the wholesale order book from confirmation through to final delivery, working across Sales, Production, Finance, warehouse teams and logistics partners.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the wholesale order book from confirmed order through to delivery.
Review POs and maintain accurate pricing, quantities, delivery windows, terms and customer information.
Manage order changes, cancellations, extensions and invoicing.
Monitor account status, deposits and receivables with Finance.
Production & Logistics
Track production, ex-factory dates and delivery commitments.
Identify and escalate potential delays and coordinate extensions where required.
Manage domestic and international freight, bookings, customs and shipping documentation.
Monitor shipments through to delivery and resolve delays, returns and exceptions.
Retailer & Warehouse Management
Act as the key operational contact for wholesale retailers.
Manage retailer portals, routing guides and compliance requirements.
Coordinate warehouse allocations, pick/pack, dispatch priorities and inventory issues.
Ensure accurate stock allocation across wholesale and other channels.
Reporting & Commercial Visibility
Maintain weekly reporting across the wholesale order book, deliveries, orders at risk, invoicing, receivables and logistics.
Provide management with early visibility of issues impacting revenue, delivery performance or retailer relationships.
Monitor freight costs and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
