THE ROLE
We're partnering with Levi's® to appoint an Operations Manager for their flagship on George Street, a landmark 3-level store in the heart of the Sydney CBD.
This is a hands-on leadership role owning inventory accuracy, stockroom efficiency and operational execution across a large-format, high-volume flagship. You'll lead a team of Stock Controllers, ensuring stock is accurate, accessible and ready to support a fast-paced, three-level trading environment.
You'll partner closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, reporting into the Store Manager. This is a role for an operator who thrives on process, precision and problem-solving, and who wants real ownership over the engine room of a flagship-scale store.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Own inventory accuracy, integrity and productivity across all stock locations within the store
Lead all receiving, transfer, return and stock movement processes within required timelines
Manage RFID execution, compliance and reporting, correcting discrepancies as they arise
Lead cycle counts, inventory audits and stocktakes to achieve accuracy targets
Drive stockroom productivity through effective organisation and planning across multiple levels
Recruit, train and develop Stock Controllers and wider operational team members
Partner with store leadership to optimise inventory allocation and support commercial goals
Ensure inventory readiness for promotional events, product launches and peak trading periods
