Ideally 2–4+ years’ experience in PR, affiliate marketing, communications, fashion, luxury, lifestyle or a related field.
Fashion PR experience is highly regarded.
Experience working with affiliate networks, publishers or editorial commerce is advantageous.
Experience with platforms such as Rakuten, Impact, Commission Factory, LTK, ShopMy or similar is highly regarded.
Experience working with media, stylists, influencers or celebrity dressing would be valuable.
Strong organisational, written and communication skills are essential.
Strong knowledge of fashion media, publishers, influencers, stylists and contemporary culture. International market experience would be beneficial.

THE ROLE
The PR & Affiliates Coordinator will support the day-to-day execution of the. brands global public relations, affiliate and brand partnership activity. Working closely with the Brand Director, eCommerce Manager, Social Media & Content Coordinator, external PR agencies, media, stylists, creators and affiliate partners, this person will help ensure the brand is consistently visible in the right places, on the right people and across the right commercial and editorial platforms.
This is a highly hands-on role requiring excellent organisation, strong communication skills, strong fashion instincts and a commercial understanding of how PR, creators and affiliates can generate both brand awareness and measurable demand.
The successful candidate will keep the PR and affiliate function moving; ensuring opportunities are identified, relationships are nurtured, samples are managed, partnerships are activated, performance is tracked and every opportunity is followed through to a clear outcome.
Support the Brand Director and PR partners in building and maintaining strong relationships.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date media, stylist, creator and publisher contact lists.
Coordinate product and information requests from media, and assist with pitching relevant collections, products, launches and brand news. Identify editorial opportunities and proactively bring them forward, and ensure all media enquiries are responded to.
Own the day-to-day coordination and development of the the brands affiliate program.
Work closely with the eCommerce Manager and Brand Director to grow affiliate revenue while ensuring partners remain aligned with the brand, and manage relationships with affiliate networks, publishers, editorial commerce platforms and relevant partners.
Ensure relevant editors have timely access to product information, imagery, availability and affiliate links, and work to connect traditional PR coverage with measurable commerce opportunities.
Actively identify new affiliate opportunities that align with the brands customer and positioning.
Work with the Social Media & Content Coordinator to connect influencer activity with affiliate and commercial opportunities. Identify creators who have demonstrated an ability to drive both engagement and conversion.
Own the day-to-day management of the PR sample collection.
Support celebrity, VIP and stylist dressing opportunities.
Work closely with the Brand Director and Social Media & Content Coordinator to support influencer and creator activity.
Support brand events, launches, dinners, activations and press appointments.
