THE ROLE
We're partnering with Levi's to appoint a Store Manager for their flagship on George Street, a landmark 3-level store in the heart of the Sydney CBD. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing a medium-sized team across operations, visual merchandising, styling and stock, in one of the brand's most visible locations. With a flagship of this scale, the role is all about setting the standard, elevating performance through people, presence and coaching.
You'll lead a multi-functional team across all three levels of the store, reporting into the District Manager. This is a role for a leader who's comfortable owning a big space, building a strong culture from the ground up and bringing a team on the journey as the store establishes itself.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead, inspire and develop a multi-functional team spanning operations, visual merchandising, styling and stock
• Drive strong commercial performance across all three levels, ensuring consistent delivery of sales and KPI outcomes
• Coach and develop team members across a range of specialisations, building capability and confidence store-wide
• Provide clear, constructive feedback and confidently manage performance conversations when required
• Maintain a consistent in-store presence, leading from the front in styling, service and customer experience
• Ensure excellence in execution across all levels, from brand standards through to operational consistency
• Lead and execute floor changes, sales and promotional events across the store's multiple levels
• Partner with the District Manager to develop and flex store strategy, initiatives and growth across all categories
