Hold 5 year's + experience in Garment Tech, preferably in contemporary women's fashion.
Strong understanding of garment construction and design.
Previous experience with print preferred.
Excellent technical skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

The Role
Our client is known for its commitment to creativity, craftsmanship, and conscious design. The Garment Tech will be responsible for creating and developing Tech Packs for contemporary women's fashion garments . This position requires a high level of technical expertise and attention to detail, as well as a strong understanding of garment construction and design.
Key responsibilities
Collaborate with the design team to develop new styles and designs.
Work closely with factories to ensure SMS are made to a high standard.
Conduct fittings and make alterations to garments as needed
Stay up-to-date with current fashion trends and techniques.
Work with the production team to ensure that all styles are optimized for production while maintaining the artisanal quality of the garment
Occasionally perform duties outside of your specific function that contribute to the overall success of the business.
