THE ROLE

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Global Sales Manager to join a fast-growing Australian fashion brand with strong international momentum and untapped opportunity.

This is far more than a traditional wholesale role. Working closely with senior leadership, you will lead the in-house management of globalwholesale, strengthen premium retail partnerships and help shape the brand’s global wholesale growth strategy.

With established international agency partnerships and exciting opportunities across emerging markets, this role will suit someone who is commercially minded, relationship-led and excited by the opportunity to build, grow and put their stamp on a high-potential area of the business.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead the in-house management of global wholesale partnerships, refining stockist strategy with a premium, brand-aligned focus

  • Manage and grow relationships with major retail partners, independent boutiques and global wholesale networks

  • Partner closely with international sales agencies and teams, supporting performance, communication and market growth opportunities

  • Identify and execute new market expansion strategies across key global regions, including emerging opportunities internationally

  • Oversee end-to-end wholesale operations, including seasonal indent orders, reorders, development orders and delivery management

  • Analyse sell-through reporting, order performance and market trends to optimise product performance and identify growth opportunities

  • Drive operational excellence across wholesale systems, reporting and internal processes (JOOR experience highly regarded)

  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership to shape the long-term wholesale growth strategy and unlock new commercial opportunities
