Have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or similar
Bring prior experience in the luxury or high-end fashion space, international experience is always a plus
Bring 7+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Have successfully developed and implemented marketing strategies that have driven growth
Strong expertise in marketing, analytics, and campaign optimisation.
Familiarity with international markets and global brand strategies.

THE ROLE
The Head of Marketing is responsible for developing and executing a marketing strategy that drives business growth anD enhances global brand positioning.
This role will create, manage, and deliver seasonal go-to-market plans, calendars, assets, while managing budgets, PR activities, and partnerships to maximise ROI; and ensure overall brand tone, positioning, is protected or enhanced across all touch points, events, and activation.
Develop and implement a marketing strategy that supports business growth and brand positioning.
Set annual and quarterly marketing goals and KPIs, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Create, execute and manage seasonal go-to-market plans and assets.
Manage the Marketing Calendar to ensure timely execution of campaigns and events.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure cohesive and impactful campaign execution.
Manage & coordinate the Delivery of Seasonal Assets (Ghost imagery, Lookbook imagery, Campaigns, Film)
Manage call sheets, bookings of our creative team, and third parties to ensure assets are delivered on time as required.
Manage marketing budgets .
Ensure effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
Manage PR Agents (AU, UK, US)..
Manage samples inventory and coordinate loans to PR agencies.
Manage External Copywriter: Work with external copywriter for the delivery of assets as required.
Manage Special Events and Brand Activities: Oversee special events and brand activities, including fashion week and launch events.
