    • Have completed a tertiary qualification in Fashion/Textiles

    • Bring up to 2 years’ experience in a product development, buying or design role

    • Balance a strong creative eye with precise technical execution

    • Thrive in a fast-paced studio with tight deadlines and shifting priorities

    • Are proficient in Adobe Illustrator (PLM experience a bonus)

    • Love working collaboratively and communicating clearly

    • Have full working rights in Australia

THE ROLE

We’re partnering with a globally recognised active fashion brand that blends modern streetwear with high-performance design. They are growing their studio team and are searching for a Junior Product Developer who lives and breathes product. This role will support development across activewear, outerwear, and lifestyle categories - sitting at the intersection of creativity, technical knowledge, and cross-functional collaboration.

You’ll work closely with design and production to ensure every detail from raw materials to final fittings is executed to the highest standard. This is an incredible opportunity to grow your career in a fast-paced environment and gain exposure to the full product lifecycle.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate artwork dispatch to suppliers for strike offs

  • Order and track SMS components in line with critical path deadlines

  • Create and maintain an organised raw materials system and archive

  • Support trend research and sourcing activities across categories

  • Oversee raw material management including trims, lab dips and fabrics

  • Support production approvals for trims, fabric, lab dips and fits

  • Set up and maintain raw materials in BOMs

  • Collaborate daily with Design and Production to ensure product accuracy and brand alignment
