THE ROLE

The E-Commerce Assistant is an early-career position within the Online Sales Team, responsible for supporting the execution, accuracy, and performance of the brands website across AU and US markets.
This role assists in product and site management, merchandising, reporting, and campaign execution, while proactively identifying areas for improvement to drive conversion and efficiency.
The Ecommerce Assistant reports directly to the Junior Ecommerce Manager for daily supervision and management and as required by the Sales and Brand Director.

 

Proactively conduct daily and weekly website checks to identify and resolve product, pricing, or merchandising issues before escalation.


Accurate and timely implementation of product uploads, markdowns, and merchandising updates across AU and US sites with minimal errors.


Preparation of accurate weekly and monthly ecommerce performance and competitor reports, providing insights and improvement suggestions.


Support in executing online merchandising strategies aligned with launches, campaigns, and stock flow plans - ensuring products are merchandised for sell-through and conversion.


Collaborate effectively with Marketing and Warehouse Teams, ensuring clear communication, efficient issue resolution, and continuous improvement in online presentation and accuracy.
