The Role

We are seeking a Merchandise Planner that will be responsible for driving data-led planning, allocation, and forecasting across online, retail & wholesale channels. It supports commercial performance through accurate reporting, strategic inventory management, and alignment with cross-functional teams to ensure the right product reaches the right place at the right time from a global stand point

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage online and retail buying, WSSI planning, OTB budgeting, and inventory optimization

  • Deliver regular reporting and actionable insights to support sales, inventory, and planning strategies

  • Lead seasonal pre- and post-market analysis to guide buys and assess performance

  • Develop range architecture that meets customer demands and explores new sales opportunities, categories, and geographic markets

  • Support marketing campaigns to maximize the effectiveness and outcomes of promotional activities

  • Provide forecasting at key stages for fabric and trim planning, identifying opportunities within the product lifecycle

  • Manage replenishment and allocation to maintain optimal stock levels across all channels

  • Recommend promotions, markdowns, and reorders to maximize sell-through and margin

  • Oversee the S&OP cycle, including WSSI tracking aligned to the annual budget

  • Track product flow and ensure unit data is accurately communicated between sales, online & wholesale teams, and production according to the critical path

  • Ensure data accuracy across planning systems and alignment with production timelines

  • Collaborate with design, sales, and operations teams to enhance product lifecycle efficiency

  • Monitor weekly sales performance in DTC and devise detailed action plans to align merchandising strategies with eCommerce and marketing goals
