Have owned the commercial performance of an ecommerce business, with accountability for revenue, profitability and digital growth.
Have experience leading ecommerce within a premium consumer, fashion, lifestyle or luxury brand.
Bring strong Shopify Plus experience across digital trading, merchandising and conversion rate optimisation.
Have hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Klaviyo, with a proven ability to grow customer lifetime value through lifecycle marketing and automation.
Think commercially, using data and customer behaviour to identify opportunities and drive performance.
Have experience balancing commercial growth with exceptional customer experience and long-term brand equity.
Have built or significantly evolved an ecommerce or digital function, with experience developing teams and capability as a business has scaled.

THE ROLE
An opportunity to build the digital engine of a premium Australian brand with genuine global ambitions.
Working directly with the Founder & CEO, you'll become the commercial owner of the digital business, with responsibility for driving profitable ecommerce growth across every stage of the customer journey.
This is a rare opportunity to build an ecommerce function from the ground up. You'll inherit a lean team today, assess where capability is needed, shape the future structure of the digital function and ultimately build and lead a high-performing ecommerce team as the business continues to scale internationally.
This isn't a traditional ecommerce role focused on maintaining a website or coordinating agencies. We're looking for someone who genuinely owns digital performance, thrives on commercial decision-making and wants to leave a lasting impact on a growing business.
Key Responsibilities
Own the ecommerce strategy and commercial performance across a global Shopify Plus business.
Drive digital trading, website optimisation, conversion rate optimisation and customer journey improvements.
Lead CRM strategy through Klaviyo, including lifecycle marketing, segmentation and automation.
Monitor trading performance, identifying opportunities to improve revenue, profitability and customer lifetime value.
Partner closely with the paid media agency while helping shape the future in-house digital capability.
Assess the future needs of the ecommerce function, identifying where capability should be built as the business continues to grow.
Design, recruit and develop a high-performing ecommerce and digital team, creating the structure, processes and capability required for the next stage of growth.
Work closely with the Founder & CEO as a key member of the leadership team, helping shape the future direction of the business.
