THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Multi-Site Manager to lead 3 iconic locations in Melbourne CBD. Our client is one of Australia’s most loved luxury fashion brands, built on style, quality, and timeless design — values that run through every decision, every product, every customer interaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead multiple store teams as a positive brand ambassador, embedding the company’s culture across your stores.
Drive sales performance across all stores to achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales and KPI targets.
Deliver exceptional customer experiences using the company’s sales philosophy to build loyalty.
Recruit, train, coach, and develop store teams to foster a high-performing, engaged culture.
Identify high-potential team members and support career progression through coaching, development plans, and succession planning.
Ensure operational excellence, including store presentation, visual merchandising standards, stock management, and WHS compliance.
Manage rostering and wage budgets strategically across your region to align with sales and productivity targets.
Partner with State and Regional Managers to ensure accurate reporting, KPI tracking, CRM updates, and loss prevention strategies.
Drive product knowledge and styling culture, ensuring teams confidently introduce all product categories and deliver an elevated in-store experience.
Maintain strong internal relationships across departments, acting as a key brand ambassador both internally and externally.
