    GOING PLACES: annual international travel to incredible locations is a part of this role

    • Bring 2+ years of experience managing multiple locations, preferably overseeing 3 or more sites.

    • Have a background in the luxury RTW or bridal industries.

    • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of sales psychology and its impact on performance.

    • Inspire and empower your teams through effective coaching and development strategies.

    • Are willing and able to travel frequently across states.

    • Take a hands-on approach to leadership, leading by example.

    • Exhibit strong emotional intelligence in interactions and decision-making.

The Role

The National Boutique Manager will oversee 5 bridal boutiques across Australia, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and improving operational efficiency. Reporting to the General Manager, they will lead boutique teams, support staff, and act as a bridge between boutiques and Head Office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations: Manage boutique performance, enforce policies, monitor budgets, analyse KPIs, and improve processes.

  • Customer Service: Enhance the bridal experience, respond to inquiries, and assist with social media communications.

  • Leadership: Provide guidance to boutique teams, support recruitment, set goals, and encourage development.

  • Culture: Foster teamwork, ensure alignment with MWL’s values, and contribute to broader business initiatives.
