The Role


The Wholesale Assistant will support wholesale operations to drive sales and profitability through exceptional customer service, efficient administration, and strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver excellent customer service to wholesale clients

  • Manage order processing, invoicing, and shipments

  • Coordinate timely deliveries and shipping documentation

  • Address customer inquiries and complaints

  • Support wholesale account managers and internal departments

  • Maintain accurate records and generate weekly ATS and shipping reports

  • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment

  • Perform additional tasks as needed to support business success

KPIs:

  • Strong customer, supplier, and internal relationships

  • Timely and accurate sales order entry

  • On-time delivery of reports and shipments
