THE ROLE
We are looking for a driven and relationship-focused National Wholesale Sales Manager to lead the Australia and New Zealand market. This is a pivotal role for a candidate ready to take ownership of two major brands, driving growth across both our key accounts (majors) and boutique partners. You will work within a dynamic international sales team, balancing strategy with hands-on account management.
You will be the face of these brands for our retail partners in Australia and New Zealand. Your goal is to maximize sales potential, manage inventory flow and ensure our retail partners have the best stock at the right time.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy: Set seasonal targets and build sales strategies for both majors and independent boutiques.
Account Management: conduct in-person showings with NSW customers and virtual showings for interstate/NZ accounts. Build strong, long-term relationships with buyers.
Order Lifecycle: oversee the process from order placement to delivery, ensuring clean orders and timely dispatch. Execute timely and accurate invoicing to secure monthly sales figures.
Reporting & Analysis: Track sales results against last year’s figures to identify growth areas. Conduct ‘End of Range’ reviews to identify best sellers. Track monthly revenue against the budget and analyse order cancellations to identify risks and minimise lost sales.
Collaboration: assist the Global Sales Manager with international sales as required.
