Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, People & Culture Coordinator or senior administrative professional in a high-growth, fast-paced business.
Experience supporting a founder, creative director, CEO or senior leadership team is highly regarded.
Strong operational instincts and a practical understanding of office, people and business administration.
Calm, composed and effective under pressure.
Comfortable taking initiative, making sound decisions and resolving problems independently.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a polished and professional approach.
Experience within fashion, luxury, retail, creative, agency or founder-led businesses is highly regarded.
Strong Microsoft Office and Google Workspace capability; experience with HRIS, Slack, Monday, Notion, Asana or similar systems is advantageous.

THE ROLE
Are you the kind of person who thrives on keeping everything (and everyone) running effortlessly? We're looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant & Office Manager to become the right hand to our Founder while being the heartbeat of our Sydney HQ.
This is a fast-paced, high-impact role for someone who loves variety, anticipates what's needed before anyone else does and finds satisfaction in creating calm from chaos. You'll juggle executive support, office operations, team coordination and people administration, ensuring every day runs as seamlessly as our collections.
Key Responsibilities
Acting as a true strategic partner to the Founder, expertly managing an ever-evolving diary, travel schedule, meetings and competing priorities.
Keeping the business moving by tracking key projects, decisions and action items across creative, commercial and operational teams.
Preparing meeting agendas, presentations and briefing materials, while confidently managing communications and acting as a trusted gatekeeper.
Owning the day-to-day operations of our Sydney office, ensuring an elevated, efficient and welcoming environment for both the team and visitors.
Leading office operations, including supplier relationships, facilities, budgets, workplace systems and business support functions.
Partnering closely with HR to deliver a seamless employee experience across onboarding, recruitment coordination, people administration and culture initiatives.
Driving operational improvements by identifying smarter ways of working, implementing new processes and supporting business-wide projects as the company continues to grow.
Acting as the central point of connection across leadership, employees and external partners, building strong relationships and keeping communication flowing.
