• Experience in e-commerce operations, fulfilment, or customer service management.

THE ROLE
Our client is looking for a hands-on, reliable Operations Manager to run the day-to-day of their fast- scaling e-commerce business; someone who thrives on keeping things moving, solving problems as they arise, and delivering consistent, accurate execution across fulfilment and customer service.
Responsibilities:
• Fulfilment management; Oversee day-to-day pick, pack and dispatch operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across the fulfilment team.
• Customer service management; Manage the CX team day-to-day, handle escalations, and ensure service standards (set by leadership) are consistently met.
• Inventory execution; Maintain stock levels across warehouse and 3PL in line with the demand plan, flagging risks early.
• 3PL coordination; Day-to-day communication and issue resolution with logistics partners and external providers.
• Operational supplies; Manage procurement of packaging, consumables, and general operational supplies.
• Rostering & team support; Build and manage day-to-day rosters and support the team.
• KPI monitoring; Track and report on pick/pack accuracy, dispatch times, fulfilment efficiency, and customer response times.
• Process execution; Follow and refine established processes; flag bottlenecks to the Head of Operations for structural changes.
• Day-to-day coordination; Work with e-commerce, product, and finance teams on operational execution, escalating strategic issues upward.
