Minimum 5+ years’ experience in operations, supply chain and/or logistics for a wholesale business preferably in luxury
fashion.Proven leadership experience managing a team and operational processes.
Advanced knowledge of wholesale systems (e.g., Zedonk, JOOR, Monday.com)
and retailer portals.Strong analytical skills, with experience in reporting and data-driven decision
making.Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in
a fast-paced environment.

THE ROLE
The Wholesale Operations Manager leads the operational function of the global wholesale division, ensuring excellence across order management, logistics, client relations, and seasonal market execution. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on management to drive operational efficiency, improve customer satisfaction, and support sales growth. The position requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to partner cross-functionally with production, marketing, finance, and warehouse teams to deliver a seamless wholesale client experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and develop the wholesale operations team, ensuring clear responsibilities, training, and performance management.
Partner with senior leadership to align operational priorities with seasonal and annual sales targets.
Drive process improvements across order processing, logistics, and reporting to boost efficiency.
Oversee order entry, confirmation, amendments, and cancellations across global accounts.
Ensure order accuracy through regular audits and KPI tracking.
Manage inventory allocation, stock movements, and discrepancy resolution with warehouses.
Act as point of escalation for client operational matters, ensuring timely communication on orders, shipping, and aftersales.
Review client sell-through data to identify replenishment or reallocation opportunities.
Manage operational readiness for seasonal sales markets, including showrooms, sales tools, and sample coordination.
Oversee wholesale delivery schedules across multiple warehouse locations.
Approve shipping plans and resolve escalated logistics issues to meet deadlines.
Build and manage relationships with freight forwarders and ensure compliance with vendor requirements.
Own operational reporting, including weekly sell-through, stock availability, and seasonal performance analysis.
Provide insights and recommendations to sales teams to maximise sell-through and reduce end-of-season stock.
