The Role
The Paid Media Executive is responsible for briefing high-performing
creative assets to agency partners and internal teams, managing the
delivery of performance marketing, and ensuring brand consistency
across all touchpoints.
Responsible for building the performance marketing content
strategy, in alignment with the marketing and trade calendar.Write detailed campaign briefs and asset requirements across paid channels, ensuring the development of high-performing content.
Own the end-to-end process of briefing, coordinating, and
delivering paid media creative assets in alignment with marketing
and campaign plansAnalyse campaign, audience, and creative performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Track ad performance to identify high performing formats,
messaging, and hooksOwns the creative and performance testing roadmap, delivering a/b testing across creative and strategic insights.
Manage asset sourcing and usage tracking in collaboration with
brand teamQA agency previews and ensure ads are on-brand, accurate, and
