    • 4 years experience across performance creative, paid social, or digital content
      coordination

    • Strong knowledge of Meta, TikTok, and Google ad formats

    • Creative eye and brand awareness, with high attention to detail

    • Experience briefing and reviewing ads across major platforms

    • Comfortable using ad dashboards and reporting formats

    • Excellent coordination and communication skill

The Role

The Paid Media Executive is responsible for briefing high-performing
creative assets to agency partners and internal teams, managing the
delivery of performance marketing, and ensuring brand consistency
across all touchpoints.

  • Responsible for building the performance marketing content
    strategy, in alignment with the marketing and trade calendar.

  • Write detailed campaign briefs and asset requirements across paid channels, ensuring the development of high-performing content.

  • Own the end-to-end process of briefing, coordinating, and
    delivering paid media creative assets in alignment with marketing
    and campaign plans

  • Analyse campaign, audience, and creative performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

  • Track ad performance to identify high performing formats,
    messaging, and hooks

  • Owns the creative and performance testing roadmap, delivering a/b testing across creative and strategic insights.

  • Manage asset sourcing and usage tracking in collaboration with
    brand team

  • QA agency previews and ensure ads are on-brand, accurate, and
    timely
