5+ years in digital or performance marketing, ideally coming from an e-commerce or fashion
You know how to manage agencies and big media budgets
Strong understanding of performance analytics (GA4, Meta Ads, attribution)
You’re a creative at heart, with an analytical mindset—you can translate insights
into creative briefs and strategic direction.Data-driven and comfortable working with GA4, Meta Ads,
TikTok, Google Ads, Looker Studio.Excellent brief writing and stakeholder management

The Role
The Performance Marketing Manager is responsible for driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through digital channels. Think paid media strategy, agency management, and
performance KPIs. You will ensure close alignment between campaigns, creative, CRM, and product drops across international markets.
Develop and manage global paid media strategy across Meta,
Google, TikTok, PinterestOwn performance budgets, KPIs (ROAS, CAC, COS), and pacing
across channels and regionsOversee the performance marketing content strategy, ensuring
alignment with business objectives and brand directionPlan, execute and optimise full-funnel media campaigns to generate awareness, capture lead acquisition and improve conversion online and in store
Act as primary contact for agency and partners— lead campaign
briefing, media planning, and reviewsCollaborate with creative teams to develop thumb-stopping
engaging content and high-converting landing pagesCollaborate with e-commerce, CRM, and brand teams to ensure
consistent messaging and campaign timingOversee testing cadence for ad creative, landing pages, and
audience segmentsWork with performance team to actionable insights and reports
Identify growth levers in emerging markets and new channels
