The Role

Our client is seeking a Part-Time Sales Assistant to join their Gold Coast boutique, working 4 days per week. This role offers more than just retail—it’s an opportunity to be part of a calm, beautiful space where genuine customer connection is at the heart of every interaction. The ideal candidate is warm, sales-driven, and aligned with a brand that values kindness, creativity, and purpose. You’ll also have the chance to support boutique events, learn in-house jewellery services, and grow within a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create high-converting, memorable customer experiences

  • Support daily boutique operations including sales, service, styling, and stock

  • Style customers with clarity, confidence, and product knowledge

  • Facilitate in-store ETERNAL & Charm Bar services (training provided)

  • Maintain visual merchandising and boutique presentation to brand standards

  • Work towards individual and store KPIs with a results-driven mindset

  • Contribute to boutique events and private shopping experiences

  • Bring passion, energy, and customer focus to every shift
