The Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of approximately 10 retail locations

  • Drive sales performance and achieve targets across all stores

  • Lead, mentor, and develop store managers and their teams

  • Ensure consistent execution of brand standards and customer experience

  • Oversee operational compliance, stock management, and visual merchandising

  • Analyse sales data to identify opportunities and implement improvements

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to support business growth strategies

  • Travel regularly to locations within the designated area
