THE ROLE

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Performance Marketing & Growth Manager to join a globally recognised Australian bridal brand entering an exciting new phase of growth.

This isn't a traditional paid media role. It's an opportunity to build and lead the brand's in-house performance marketing capability, taking ownership of global customer acquisition across Meta, Google, TikTok and Pinterest.

You'll be responsible for developing the paid media strategy, managing campaign execution, analysing performance and continually optimising how brides discover the brand and convert into boutique appointments and retail partner referrals across international markets.

Working closely with the CEO and wider marketing team, you'll combine commercial thinking with hands-on execution, using data to drive decisions, challenge assumptions and unlock growth. You'll also lead the transition from agency management to a high-performing in-house function, creating scalable processes and building a best-in-class performance marketing engine.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the global performance marketing strategy across Meta, Google, TikTok and Pinterest.

  • Own end-to-end campaign management including planning, media buying, optimisation, audience strategy and budget allocation.

  • Drive qualified customer acquisition through boutique appointment bookings and wholesale partner referrals.

  • Analyse campaign performance using GA4, attribution modelling and conversion tracking to identify commercial opportunities.

  • Develop testing roadmaps across creative, audiences, landing pages, messaging and customer journeys.

  • Partner closely with Brand, Content and Design teams to continually improve creative performance through data-driven insights.

  • Lead the transition from external agency management to an in-house performance marketing function.

  • Own paid media budgets, forecasting and investment decisions across global markets.

  • Build reporting dashboards and deliver commercial insights to senior leadership.

  • Collaborate across marketing, retail and wholesale teams to improve the end-to-end customer acquisition journey.
