Bring 5+ years producing shoots and campaigns — you've run photoshoots from brief to final asset delivery, not just sat in on them.
Experience producing a live show or event end-to-end (fashion show, launch, activation; something with a floor plan and a run sheet)
Have 5+ years producer experience from a production house, creative agency, or a fast-paced content/entertainment, streetwear or beauty background.
The confidence and experience to take ownership of a function and lead it independently
You are ferociously organised across costs, timelines and lead times, with the ability to quickly learn fashion's operating calendar (samples, drops, wholesale windows)
Have a results-driven approach. You're focused on delivery and outcomes, not just process.

THE ROLE
Four lookbook shoots. Four campaigns. One fashion show. Stories worth telling, told beautifully, delivered on time to the teams that push them into the world. We are looking for a Producer who can take a creative idea from a Creative Director and turn it into a location, a crew, a budget, a timeline, and finished assets.
Key Responsibilities
Produce 8 shoots and 1 fashion show per year. Find locations, cost them, book photographers, copywriters, stylists, HMU and crews, run the day, and deliver assets.
Budget accountability. There's a strong annual investment behind this function, released quarterly to support campaigns, shoots and programs. You'll have autonomy to manage it independently.
Speed matters. Sign freelancers, lock in locations and pay deposits, you have the autonomy to do so without asking. If a decision is under your budget, it's your decision.
Brand campaigns are built on stories (places, people, craft, colour). Find the next one and bring it to the table.
Support the digital team by keeping the pipeline full, with all assets supplied on time, every time.
Manage a Marketing Coordinator (PR, gifting, influencer) and a Marketing Assistant. Develop, mentor and guide the team to grow and progress under your leadership.
Collaborate with the Head of Content on calendar, budget and logistics. (Creative approvals sit with the Creative Director).
