• Have 3–6 years planning/merchandising experience within a premium, luxury, or designer fashion brand (RTW strongly preferred).
• Deep understanding of silhouettes, fabrications, construction, size curves, pricing ladders, and the commercial logic behind a designer collection.
• Experience planning for E-commerce or Marketplaces where velocity, conversion and repeat logic are critical.
• A strong product eye — able to anticipate winning styles and influence Design and Sales with conviction and data.
• Exposure to global wholesale partners and their buying/trading rhythms.
• Proven ability to run in-season trading cycles, including fast repeats, replenishment drops, and best-seller reactivity.
• Strong data capability: advanced Excel/Sheets, Shopify, Marketplace portals, Zedonk/ERP.
• Exceptional organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to operate confidently in a fast-paced creative business.

THE ROLE
• Build seasonal e-commerce and Marketplace buys aligned to sales targets, brand stories, and conversion.
• Lead weekly digital trading, including best-seller reads, forecasting, and depth adjustments.
• Identify in-season repeat and replenishment opportunities with Production and partners.
• Optimise Marketplace assortments using SKU velocity, stock cover and regional behaviour.
• Partner with e-commerce teams on launch calendars, merchandising and product availability.
• Support wholesale markets with assortments, depth strategies and top-line forecasts.
• Track account performance and flag repeat opportunities pre- and post-market.
• Analyse regional sell-through to guide future season builds and in-season decisions.
• Build seasonal range plans aligned to OTB, margin targets and channel needs.
• Partner with Design on line architecture, collection builds and hero style identification by channel.
• Recommend SKU rationalisation, depth shifts and edits across colour, fabric and pricing ladders.
• Own OTB across all channels, including pre-season planning, in-season reforecasting and monthly reconciliations.
• Track category and channel performance, recommending shifts to maximise IMU and sell-through.
• Build and maintain financial models for sales, margin, stock and markdown planning.
• Monitor global inventory across AU, EU and US warehouses.
• Identify slow-moving or at-risk stock and propose redistribution, rebalance or targeted markdowns.
• Own replenishment logic and stock cover optimisation across channels.
• Produce weekly and monthly reporting across E-com, Marketplace and Wholesale.
• Develop dashboards highlighting best-sellers, margin, stock cover and category trends.
• Provide insights that inform buying, allocations and future line builds.
