Have 2+ years in Store or Assistant Store Management, ideally within premium fashion, lifestyle, or beauty retail

THE ROLE

As Store Manager at Chadstone, you’ll shape a space where style, connection, and thoughtful fashion come together, guiding your team to deliver exceptional experiences every day. This is a hands-on role for a leader who thrives on coaching, creativity, and bringing a brand’s mission to life in every interaction.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor your team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and growth
Drive the store’s commercial performance, setting and achieving KPIs while maintaining operational excellence
Deliver a customer experience that is elevated, effortless, and aligned with the brand’s purpose-led ethos
Oversee visual merchandising and store presentation, ensuring the space feels curated, on-brand, and inviting
Coach your team in styling, client engagement, and sales techniques to build confidence and capability
Manage stock, inventory accuracy, and day-to-day operations with precision
Collaborate with HQ, Area Managers, and other store leaders to share insights, implement best practices, and continuously improve performance
Represent the brand authentically in the local market, cultivating relationships with the community and loyal customers
Identify opportunities to innovate, streamline processes, and bring creative ideas to enhance both team and store success
