THE ROLE

Lead, inspire, and develop a team that embodies the heart of a purpose-led fashion brand. As Store Manager at Chadstone, you’ll shape a space where style, connection, and thoughtful fashion come together, guiding your team to deliver exceptional experiences every day. This is a hands-on role for a leader who thrives on coaching, creativity, and bringing a brand’s mission to life in every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor your team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and growth

  • Drive the store’s commercial performance, setting and achieving KPIs while maintaining operational excellence

  • Deliver a customer experience that is elevated, effortless, and aligned with the brand’s purpose-led ethos

  • Oversee visual merchandising and store presentation, ensuring the space feels curated, on-brand, and inviting

  • Coach your team in styling, client engagement, and sales techniques to build confidence and capability

  • Manage stock, inventory accuracy, and day-to-day operations with precision

  • Collaborate with HQ, Area Managers, and other store leaders to share insights, implement best practices, and continuously improve performance

  • Represent the brand authentically in the local market, cultivating relationships with the community and loyal customers

  • Identify opportunities to innovate, streamline processes, and bring creative ideas to enhance both team and store success
