2–4 years’ experience in fashion production or product development, ideally within contemporary or designer RTW
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident communicator, able to manage timelines across multiple stakeholders
Basic knowledge of garment construction, sampling, and critical path management
Exposure to overseas production
Calm under pressure and solutions-focused
Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and production tracking systems preferred

THE ROLE
Support the end-to-end production process to ensure timely delivery of collections that meet quality
and margin targets, in alignment with the brand’s technical and creative standards.
Responsibilities
• Support the tracking of seasonal production calendars and Time-and-Action plans.
• Assist in coordinating timelines with patternmakers, suppliers, and factories to meet key milestones.
• Communicate regularly with local and offshore manufacturers to track progress and ensure timely
delivery.
• Assist in gathering costings and lead time information to support margin and delivery objectives.
• Help prepare for sampling and pre-production approvals, including fit sessions and BOM tracking.
• Work closely with the design and development teams to ensure production specs are accurate.
• Support QC checks across production stages, escalating issues to the Production Manager as needed.
• Help identify potential production risks early and assist with resolutions.
• Assist in maintaining production trackers, budget overviews, and cost breakdowns.
• Help monitor supplier performance and flag potential inefficiencies.
• Liaise with internal teams including tech, logistics, and finance to support smooth production flow.
• Provide regular updates and assist with internal communications on production progress.
• Maintain records on delivery performance, sampling status, and key production milestones.
• Assist with post-season reviews and process improvements.
