THE ROLE
We’re looking for a highly organised and solutions-focused Production Manager to oversee the full production cycle across seasonal collections and special projects — from initial design through to delivery. This role requires strong coordination across internal teams and external suppliers to ensure quality, cost, and timing expectations are consistently met.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the full production critical path across samples, bulk, and recuts
Oversee the sample room and ensure on-time range delivery
Liaise with suppliers on fabric, trim, costings, and delivery timelines
Plan bulk fabric imports and consolidate orders to control cost
Negotiate pricing, MOQs, and manage supplier performance
Raise accurate purchase orders and prepare detailed production packs
Track and manage shipping logistics and associated costs
Maintain accurate line sheets, spec sheets, and inventory records
Oversee QC processes, PP approvals, and maker communication
Ensure on-time deliveries to wholesale and eCommerce
Lead process improvement initiatives across production workflows
Support audit and accreditation documentation as needed
Communicate clearly and effectively with all stakeholders.
