The Role

Our client is looking for a self-led Regional Manager to oversee a four-store portfolio across South Australia and the ACT. This is a hands-on leadership role with a strong shop floor presence — focused on coaching, team development, and driving performance across stores. Regular travel is required, and strong local knowledge of the Adelaide retail market is essential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead, coach and develop Store Managers and in-store teams across SA and ACT

  • Spend the majority of the week on the floor — driving service, standards and culture

  • Own recruitment, onboarding, team training and performance management

  • Analyse trade performance and implement strategies to lift results

  • Act as the key link between stores and head office teams

  • Travel to ACT every 2–3 weeks, plus monthly interstate visits (e.g. VIC or NSW)

  • Represent the brand in-market with a strong commercial mindset

  • Support major trade events and key sales days — including occasional Saturdays

  • Respond to operational issues and support teams as needed

  • Take initiative and ownership — identifying problems early and acting quickl
