The Role
Our client is looking for a self-led Regional Manager to oversee a four-store portfolio across South Australia and the ACT. This is a hands-on leadership role with a strong shop floor presence — focused on coaching, team development, and driving performance across stores. Regular travel is required, and strong local knowledge of the Adelaide retail market is essential.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead, coach and develop Store Managers and in-store teams across SA and ACT
Spend the majority of the week on the floor — driving service, standards and culture
Own recruitment, onboarding, team training and performance management
Analyse trade performance and implement strategies to lift results
Act as the key link between stores and head office teams
Travel to ACT every 2–3 weeks, plus monthly interstate visits (e.g. VIC or NSW)
Represent the brand in-market with a strong commercial mindset
Support major trade events and key sales days — including occasional Saturdays
Respond to operational issues and support teams as needed
