THE ROLE

We're looking for a Store Manager to lead our client's Fitzroy Outlet store.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a much-loved Australian lifestyle brand known for its strong community focus, loyal customer following and commitment to making a positive impact. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive sales performance and achieve weekly, monthly and annual sales targets

  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience that reflects the brand's values and builds long-term loyalty

  • Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team through ongoing coaching, feedback and training

  • Create a positive and engaged team culture that encourages accountability and collaboration

  • Manage rosters, wages and store productivity in line with business expectations

  • Ensure operational excellence across all areas of the store, including visual merchandising, stock management and presentation standards

  • Maintain inventory accuracy and support loss prevention initiatives

  • Analyse store performance and provide regular feedback, insights and action plans to drive results

  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and act as a passionate brand ambassador

  • Lead by example on the shop floor, creating an energetic and customer-focused environment

  • Support the successful execution of promotions, campaigns and outlet-specific initiatives
