THE ROLE
Are you a commercially driven leader with a passion for people and fashion retail? We're looking for an experienced Retail Business Manager to lead our Robina store on the Gold Coast. Someone hungry for growth, with the humility to build a team that thrives.
You'll take ownership of our highest-volume location. Driving sales, leading a large team and delivering operational excellence every day. This is a role for someone who leads from the floor, invests in their people and knows how to keep a business growing year on year.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team with a clear succession pipeline
Drive year-on-year sales growth and own all key commercial metrics
Manage store operations - rostering, compliance, and daily standards
Oversee stock management, inventory accuracy, and loss prevention
Maintain visual merchandising and brand presentation at all times
Analyse trading performance and act quickly on opportunities
Partner with area leadership on strategy and business planning
