Bring 5 years’ experience in a production/design role within the fashion industry.
In-depth knowledge of garment construction, fabric types, and technical specifications
Exceptional project management and organisational abilities, with a talent for juggling multiple timelines
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Knowledge of Shopify is a plus!
Are a proactive problem-solver with keen attention to detail and strong negotiation skills
Are a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with diverse stakeholders

The Role
We’re excited to welcome a Senior Production & Design Manager who will oversee the complete garment production process—from initial design development to final delivery. This key role is responsible for ensuring that all collections meet design specifications, are delivered on schedule, stay within budget, and maintain the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development of new collections, from initial sketching to prototype realisation.
Oversee and approve the creation of tech packs
Liaise closely with the Owner/Creative Director and any external design resources / pattern makers to ensure accurate translation of concepts into final samples.
Conduct fittings and approve fit notes; ensure fit consistency across all sizes.
Coordinate purchase orders for garments, fabrics, trims, and accessories with local and offshore factories.
Negotiate costs, payment terms, and production timelines
Monitor production runs from sample stage through to bulk production
Develop and manage detailed production and sampling calendars in alignment with trade fairs, seasonal launches, and key marketing events
Oversee all logistics, including warehousing and stock control of materials, sample movement, and delivery scheduling.
Collaborate with suppliers on shipping documentation, customs, and freight bookings.
Cultivate strong relationships with domestic and international suppliers and factories.
Act as the primary point of contact for supplier communications on quality, timelines, and complaints.
Generate and analyse weekly reports on production progress, faults, and returns.
