    • 2+ years of experience in social media management, ideally within luxury fashion, beauty or lifestyle sectors.

    • Must be available to work full time from the Burleigh Heads Office. No WFH options are available in this role
      A proven track record of growing social media audiences and leading influencer campaigns.

    • Exceptional copywriting skills with a flair for creating editorial-style content.

    • You are creative, goal-driven, and detail-oriented, with a passion for staying on top of trends.

    • Excel at building strong communication and relationships with both internal teams and external partners.

The Role

We are seeking a Social Media Manager to elevate the digital presence of a fashion-forward, luxury brand that is redefining the industry. This is your chance to bring your creativity and passion to a high-end brand, engaging a discerning community while driving impactful business results.
 

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute innovative social media strategies across various social media platforms, ensuring consistency with the brand's luxury and editorial identity.

  • Create and schedule compelling content, working closely with the creative team to produce high-quality photo and video assets for campaigns.

  • Manage social media community engagement, including responding to direct messages, comments, and feedback.

  • Coordinate influencer partnerships and campaigns, cultivating strong relationships to enhance brand visibility and reach.

  • Analyse performance metrics to optimise campaigns and drive growth, while staying ahead of trends and exploring new opportunities in digital media.
