2+ years of experience in social media management, ideally within luxury fashion, beauty or lifestyle sectors.
Must be available to work full time from the Burleigh Heads Office. No WFH options are available in this role
A proven track record of growing social media audiences and leading influencer campaigns.Exceptional copywriting skills with a flair for creating editorial-style content.
You are creative, goal-driven, and detail-oriented, with a passion for staying on top of trends.
Excel at building strong communication and relationships with both internal teams and external partners.

The Role
We are seeking a Social Media Manager to elevate the digital presence of a fashion-forward, luxury brand that is redefining the industry. This is your chance to bring your creativity and passion to a high-end brand, engaging a discerning community while driving impactful business results.
Key responsibilities:
Develop and execute innovative social media strategies across various social media platforms, ensuring consistency with the brand's luxury and editorial identity.
Create and schedule compelling content, working closely with the creative team to produce high-quality photo and video assets for campaigns.
Manage social media community engagement, including responding to direct messages, comments, and feedback.
Coordinate influencer partnerships and campaigns, cultivating strong relationships to enhance brand visibility and reach.
Analyse performance metrics to optimise campaigns and drive growth, while staying ahead of trends and exploring new opportunities in digital media.
