THE ROLE

The Social Media Manager will lead and execute the brands social media strategy across all key platforms, ensuring a consistent, elevated and engaging brand presence. This role is responsible for social strategy, content planning, creative production, community management, campaign execution and performance reporting, working closely with Ecommerce, PR, Creative, Design and external content partners.

 

The ideal candidate is a strategic, creative and commercially minded storyteller with a strong understanding of the luxury fashion landscape and a proven ability to drive brand growth, engagement and business outcomes across social channels.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Social Strategy & Brand Growth

  • Develop and execute the social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest and emerging platforms.

  • Drive brand awareness, audience growth, engagement, collection launches, ecommerce support and brand storytelling.

  • Translate business priorities into platform-specific content strategies.

  • Monitor trends, competitor activity and platform updates to identify growth opportunities.

  • Ensure all content reflects the brand identity.

Content Strategy & Planning

  • Own the social content calendar across campaigns, launches, events, retail moments and always-on activity.

  • Develop content pillars spanning brand storytelling, product, founder content, events, celebrity dressing and community.

  • Collaborate with Ecommerce, PR, Marketing and Design to align content with key business initiatives.

  • Write and manage social copy consistent with the brand tone of voice.

Creative Production & Content Creation

  • Lead the creation of social-first content, including Reels, TikToks, Stories, behind-the-scenes, styling, founder content and campaign adaptations.

  • Plan and coordinate social content shoots with internal teams and external creators.

  • Capture content at campaigns, events, fittings and influencer activations.

  • Ensure all creative is premium, on-brand and optimised for each platform.

Community Management

  • Manage day-to-day community engagement across all social platforms.

  • Build meaningful relationships with customers, creators and brand advocates.

  • Monitor comments, DMs and sentiment, escalating issues where appropriate.

  • Maintain a consistent, polished brand voice.

Performance & Optimisation

  • Monitor, analyse and report on social performance, measuring both brand and commercial impact.

  • Use insights to optimise content, creative, engagement and channel strategy.

  • Provide regular reporting and recommendations to leadership.

  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity and emerging platforms to keep the brand at the forefront of social media.
