THE ROLE

Our client is seeking an exceptional Sales & Operations Manager to lead their flagship boutique in Sydney's iconic QVB and play a key role in the continued growth of the business.

This is not a traditional retail management role. We are looking for a commercially minded leader who thrives on building relationships, driving sales, leading teams and delivering exceptional experiences for high-value clients. Working closely with Founder and Designer Karen Gee, you will become a key part of the leadership team and help shape the next chapter of the brand's growth.

 

What You'll Be Responsible For:

Sales & Client Relationships

  • Drive boutique sales performance and achieve revenue targets

  • Conduct private styling consultations and wardrobe appointments

  • Build long-term relationships with VIP and high-value clients

  • Develop corporate, executive and professional client networks

  • Manage appointment pipelines and client communications

  • Drive repeat business through exceptional service and follow-up

  • Identify opportunities for wardrobe building and client growth

  • Deliver a personalised luxury experience at every touchpoint

Team Leadership

  • Lead and inspire the boutique team

  • Create a high-performing sales culture

  • Coach, mentor and develop team members

  • Manage rosters and daily operations

  • Drive accountability and service excellence

  • Support recruitment, onboarding and training

Operations & Business Support

  • Act as the key liaison between boutique operations and production

  • Coordinate client orders from consultation through to delivery

  • Manage inventory, stock transfers and stock integrity

  • Assist with launches, events, photoshoots and activations

  • Prepare sales and performance reporting

  • Share customer insights and opportunities with the wider business

  • You will be required to visit the Western Sydney production facility regularly, typically once per week, to maintain close collaboration between boutique operations and production.
