  • Manage recruitment, team performance, and individual progression to contribute to the location’s success

  • Oversee inventory management and stock control, ensuring operational excellence

  • Maintain luxury standards in visual merchandising and store presentation

  • Drive creative and profitable in-store events through strategic collaborations

  • Build and maintain VIP client relationships, including media, celebrities, and loyal clientele

  • Ensure a flawless client experience across VIP appointments, casual shoppers, and special occasions
