Have experience working in the fashion industry, ideally in a shop-floor leadership role or an entry level office role
Have your sights firmly set on a career in recruitment or HR
Have strong written and verbal communications and a high level of attention to detail
Can work autonomously and are confident absorbing information and creating strategies, pivoting and thinking outside of the box to achieve results
Are available full time or 38 hours per week
Are tech savvy and comfortable using new programs, learning on the go and supporting your peers in best practice with our tech-stack
Would like to grow into more senior Consultant roles in the business, ideally a 360 degree role that will see you autonomously manage candidate and client relationships

THE ROLE
Our Talent Sourcer is a critical operations support who will source, match and prepare candidates and pipelines through Job Adder, LInkedin, SEEK Talent Search, Job Boards and Social Media activity. This role will spend extensive time building and developing bulk talent pipelines of qualified talent who are ready for outreach, while also managing scheduling, database accuracy and supporting with advertising activity.
We have designed this position as an entry-level pathway into a long term recruitment position. We are incredibly excited to support foundational skill building to help you grow into a senior role with us long term.
You’ll be afforded with a wonderful tech stack and work from home set up, flexible hours, an incredibly supportive team environment and plenty of one:one training opportunity with a team of high-performance and caring recruiters.
Key Responsibilities:
Work primarily in our ATS system matching talent profiles to roles.
Use LinkedIn, SEEK Talent Search, job board applications, our talent database and social media to source and match candidates for roles.
Secure briefings from recruiters to understand role priorities and create a sourcing and searching list to then match talent and build bulk talent pipelines, with candidate profiles primed and ready for recruiter outreach.
Thoroughly review resumes to check skills, brand experience and role suitability.
Contact candidates to share roles and coordinate phone screens with recruiters.
Add phone screens to recruiter calendars, being mindful of timezone differences and accurate scheduling.
Keep candidate info up to date in the database and track where they came from.
Create and maintain a list of potential candidates for current and future roles.
Track sourcing numbers and pipelines, and share updates with the team.
Support recruiters with advertising activity for roles, such as EDM creation, social media assets and more
Perform data administration projects in the ATS, such as folder auditing, accurate data input and other projects as allocated to you
The Growth Pathway:
Within the first 6 months, or as you are ready, this role will move into more candidate communications, such as conducting phone screens autonomously to actively schedule into recruiter calendars
The role will grow alongside you as your skills and capabilities do, so we would love someone who is hungry to learn about all aspects of talent and recruitment
This is the ideal entry-level role for a candidate who would like to grow into a 360 degree Recruitment Consultant over time
