THE ROLE

Take full ownership of a premium Australian designer boutique in the heart of Paddington. This is a career-defining Store Manager role for someone who knows how to deliver results, inspire their team, and build lasting client relationships. You’ll be trusted to run the store end-to-end, from driving sales and nurturing VIPs to leading a dynamic team and keeping the boutique performing at its best.

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, driving in-store efficiency and performance

  • Deliver exceptional sales outcomes and elevate the overall retail experience

  • Manage recruitment, team performance, and individual progression to contribute to the location’s success

  • Oversee inventory management and stock control, ensuring operational excellence
