The Role

We’re searching for a dynamic, driven, and passionate leader to take the helm of our clients Townsville location and lead the concession teams to success.

As Concession Cluster Manager, you'll bring energy, initiative, and a strategic mindset to inspire your team across three concessions and deliver outstanding results. You'll be responsible for cultivating a high-performing team culture, driving commercial outcomes, and ensuring the concessions operates smoothly and efficiently.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Strategically manage concession rosters to align with budgeted wage costs, while adapting to changes in trade and operational demands

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through strong commercial insight and business planning

  • Set the standard in customer experience by leading from the front and ensuring your team is engaged, knowledgeable, and empowered to exceed expectations

  • Maintain impeccable visual merchandising standards and stock presentation to optimise sales opportunities

  • Recruit, onboard, and nurture team members who are aligned with brand values and bring a passion for the brand.
