5 years in fashion wholesale logistics, supply chain, or coordination role
Experience working with international shipments and freight forwarders ideal
Strong Microsoft Excel and data accuracy skills
Excellent communication (email + stakeholder clarity)
Highly organised, solution-driven, and calm under pressure
Ability to manage multiple deadlines during seasonal peaks
Passion for fashion and eagerness to learn and grow in supply chain

THE ROLE
As our client continues to scale globally, they are looking for a proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to support day-to-day wholesale and logistics operations. This role ensures that orders flow smoothly from production through to delivery, with high attention to detail and strong communication across internal teams, 3PLs, and freight partners.
This is a fantastic development role for someone highly organised, eager to learn, and looking to grow into a future supply chain leadership position within the business.

Wholesale Fulfilment & Logistics
• Support the full order-to-delivery process:
• Pick/pack coordination
• Booking shipments
• Managing shipping documentation (CI, PL, COO, HTS codes)
• Tracking and confirming deliveries to wholesale partners
• Maintain routing guide compliance and retailer delivery requirements
• Liaise daily with freight forwarders and 3PL warehouses
Inventory & Stock Management
• Maintain accurate cross-channel stock records across AU / EU / US
• Assist with inventory reconciliations and discrepancy investigations
• Manage RTVs, damages, and replenishment requests
Data, Reporting & Systems
• Update and maintain ERP/WMS data (Zedonk experience a plus)
• Compile weekly delivery status reports and dashboards
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline operational processes
Cross-Functional Support / Partner closely with:
• Production (handover and inbound tracking)
• Sales (seasonal delivery status + customer communication)
• Finance (invoice accuracy, duties, claims)
• Customer Service (wholesale inquiries & issue resolution)
• Help prepare seasonal launch materials — delivery plans, allocation sheets
