  • Minimum 6+ years experience in fashion supply chain & wholesale operations

    Proven expertise working with international freight forwarders & global 3PLs

    Strong working knowledge of global customs, duties, tariffs, and compliance

    ERP/WMS experience (Zedonk ideal; Netsuite/RLM beneficial)

    High analytical capability (Excel strong)

    Ability to lead through influence, drive accountability, and communicate with clarity

THE ROLE

Our client is scaling rapidly internationally, and are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager or Director to lead and build global operations. This is a hands-on, high-growth role responsible for implementing the systems, structure, and standard operating procedures that will support the next phase of global expansion.

 

The ideal candidate has deep wholesale supply chain experience within fashion, thrives in an entrepreneurial environment, and brings a continuous-improvement mindset to creating operational excellence end-to-end.

 

This is a career-defining opportunity to build and elevate the global supply chain function for a fast-growing luxury brand with expanding international footprint and to do it alongside a world-class design and production team.

 

Operational Leadership & Process Build

• Design, implement, and document robust SOPs, workflows, and control mechanisms across the supply chain

• Support ERP/WMS implementation and optimisation (Zedonk or future systems)

• Drive operational efficiency and margin safeguarding across global fulfilment

 

Wholesale Logistics & Distribution

• Lead the full order-to-delivery cycle for all regions

• Manage international freight forwarders, customs/duties compliance, and routing guide adherence

• Oversee global 3PLs (EU, US, AU) with strong performance accountability (SLA/KPI governance)

• Support Sales with seasonal delivery planning and risk mitigation

 

Inventory & Risk Management

• Maintain high stock accuracy across all warehouses and channels

• Implement controls around RTVs, damages, shortages, and claims resolution

• Proactively identify risks to delivery windows and margin — and resolve them quickly

 

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner tightly with Production, Sales, E-commerce, Finance, and Customer Service to ensure seamless customer experience and cost control

• Provide actionable reporting: delivery performance dashboards, weekly status, and escalation pathways
