The Role
Our client is looking for a strategic and hands-on Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment across their Australian operations. With the business growing rapidly, this is a rare opportunity to shape and future-proof a workforce that delivers on operational excellence, customer experience, and brand pride.
This role sits at the heart of the people strategy — driving best-in-class hiring while leading long-term talent initiatives across workforce planning, early career programs, and external partnerships. You'll have the tools, autonomy, and leadership support to make a meaningful and lasting impact across both store and head office teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead a national talent strategy aligned with culture and growth goals
Build strong succession pipelines across retail, warehouse, and head office
Forecast workforce needs and support leaders on structure and resourcing
Set and uphold hiring standards that protect culture
Strengthen employer brand to attract top retail and fashion talent
Build partnerships with schools, TAFEs, and industry to create pathways
Drive internal mobility through structured development and promotion
Align development programs with future workforce needs
Champion culture, inclusion, and psychological safety in hiring
Partner with leaders to lift recruitment standards and build team capability
