The Role

Our client is looking for a Social and Influencer Coordinator to take full ownership of social media and drive the brand’s next phase of growth.
With a bold revenue target set for the next financial year, this role is pivotal to amplifying social reach, building community, and leveraging creators to deliver high-performing UGC. You’ll work closely with the founders, creators, and digital partners to bring the brand’s content strategy to life.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own the day-to-day execution of social media across key platforms

  • Lead influencer and creator outreach, gifting and UGC-led content briefs

  • Create and manage end-to-end briefs — from outreach to deliverables

  • Align creator content to specific products and campaign focuses

  • Liaise with the digital agency to ensure content meets campaign needs

  • Maintain strong aesthetic judgement and understanding of brand tone

  • Identify and build relationships with aligned creators and influencers

  • Coordinate content delivery and approvals with internal and external teams
