    • Warehouse/logistics experience, ideally in fashion, accessories or eCommerce

    • Team leadership or supervisory background

    • Strong organisation and problem-solving skills

    • Sharp attention to detail and time management

    • Proficient in inventory systems

    • Alignment with our brand values and mission

    • Forklift licence desirable, not essential

The Role

As VESTIRSI expands online and wholesale, our client seeks a motivated, hands-on Warehouse Lead to manage daily operations and lead a small team. This role demands a highly organised, proactive individual who ensures an efficient, accurate, and safe warehouse environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations: receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching customer and wholesale orders

  • Lead and manage a team of four warehouse staff, including rostering, training, and performance reviews

  • Monitor inventory accuracy; assist with stocktakes and cycle counts

  • Enforce quality control, ensuring all items meet brand standards and team adherence to QC processes

  • Ensure timely packing and dispatch of orders to company standards

  • Coordinate logistics with couriers, freight partners, and internal teams

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment in line with WHS regulations

  • Identify and implement process and workflow improvements

  • Collaborate with warehouse staff and forklift drivers to maintain consistent stock replenishment
