The Role
Our client is seeking a dynamic Global Wholesale Manager who thrives within a fast-paced and creative environment that demands organisation, motivation, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with clarity and calm. The Global Wholesale Manager will be required to build and maintain trusted relationships with internal teams and global partners.
The role involves driving collaboration and purpose, with a strong focus on proactive and solutions-oriented strategies to grow sales while preserving the integrity of the brand. This opportunity is integral to supporting the expansion of our brand’s global community.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute ANZ/ROW sales strategies to drive growth and expand markets.
Identify new accounts and nurture existing client relationships.
Research international markets to uncover new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
Support agencies and distributors with sales operations and approvals.
Manage in-season reorders, asset distribution, and timely sales reporting.
Oversee wholesale accounts to maximize sell-through and sales potential.
Propose solutions to improve stock turn and resolve inventory issues.
Lead account management, including seasonal showings and performance reviews.
Participate in AR & Dispatch meetings to ensure order fulfilment.
Communicate product updates and late styles to retailers.
Collaborate on launch plans and special projects for brand growth.
Prepare sales forecasts, strategies, and post-season analysis for leadership.
Serve as brand ambassador by coaching accounts and promoting brand values.
